After all these years, and growing up with Windows 3.1, I have seen an entire evolution of computers and software. Touch screens and large resolutions were a pipe dream just 15 years ago. Now it's the norm. Going from a Packard Bell (yes, before HP) that couldn't run 3D Ultra Mini...

What do these ratings mean?

This game is Havoc... Or is that the commando's name.

Something like that.

There's nothin like a good FTS to warm up the senses, to make one feel like they are in control, and to put a bullet though some poor sap's head.

Unfortunally, this game is just not what most people are lookin for.It has some serious flaws. Like crashing, or not loading, or even starting up.

Kinda hard to play a game, when the damn thing dons't even start.

If you can make it past this flaws, you are rewared with some mind/fun gameplay, with plenty of weapons, and superweapons.  There isn't much of a storyline, but what is there are nice little tidbits about the C&C universe, and some fun dialog with Kane.

There are a few little things that make the game realistic, how it rains when the ion cannon is fired, or how the sky changes when the Nod's missle nuke a target.

Other than that, this game is pretty plain.  A good bonus with the C&C package, but dont' spend the money on it by itself, just borrow some other C&C's fan's copy.
