What do these ratings mean?

Brilliant graphics, endless possibilities! Tactical advances including attrition damage if on a neutral country's territory. This game is very addicting and is a lot like Risk. Many ways to play- campaign mode, Conquer the World, or single player (deathmatch, wonder mode, etc.). Very accurate and a great scenario editor.
