What do these ratings mean?

It is slow but I think it is a great game!More options,hairstyles,great facial graphics,(e.t.c.)!I just could not stay away fom it!I graded it an A because your sims can get sick,you can die of many things.I love this game and yet I am still going about the whole thing!I don't have it where I am at!I am just desprate to get again!Those of you who don't have this game.........................................GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
