What do these ratings mean?

I got this game for a barging price of AU$20 at Toy's R' Us.

I have been playing RTS for about 10 years now and aprt from TA, this would have to be one of the best I have played.

I know that it had a huge hype and that it may have fell on its arse, but who cares.  This is an awesome game that i can spend hours playing.  The AI is realistic, and can really give a run for you money, but I'm sure that's what people want.

I have a bit of a problem playing todays RTS online, people take it too seriously and it turns into an addiction, gone are the days of play games for the fun of it.

Lastly I must stress that I play this game all the time and and I am happy with every feature that it offers.
