What do these ratings mean?

World of Warcraft.

Warcraft is a huge series, it started from basics as most games do. Initially it was a stragegy game where it pinned the Alliance (Think, "Good Guys") Against the Horde (Think, "Bad Guys"). It later introduced Warcraft 2 and expansions and what have you. Much later in time than Warcraft 2, Warcraft 3 came out. Warcraft 3 rendered more modern day graphics and took full effect of Warcraft by adding a RPG element and having a very in-depth storyline. An expansion pack, "The Frozen Throne" later came out adding missions to single player and units and buildings as well as a more varied multiplayer.

Time has passed and that same RPG element that was intoduced into Warcraft 3 has been expanded upon into what is, "World of Warcraft". WoW (World of Warcraft) contains the story of Warcraft 3 and expands upon it and intoduces many new things from the Warcraft story going futher in-depth.

The game is marvelous, the graphics are original to it's own right and are superb. You can't truly compare them to say, "Battlefield 2" but in it's own right you can, they just render differently. The game is amazing, containing many dungeons better known as Instances and tons upon tons of different items to equip your character with. There are two opposing factions you can choose to join, The Alliance or The Horde. The Alliance consists of: Humans, Night Elves, Gnomes, Dwarves. Where as The Horde: Orcs, Trolls, Undead, Tauren.

Like many MMORPG's you can expect alot of content and much time spent progressing your character in level and in strength. There is a Player vs. Player system which includes it's own original "Honor System" elaborating on PvP as whole for any MMORPG. Updates are about each month adding dungeons, item sets, quests, class changes, tons for a simple patch.

In all aspects, this game is marvelous. It's easy to captivate it's players and keep them playing for hours on end daily. A marvelous community, good response to techinical support, amazing depth, no true end. This is truly a game you can expect to compete with all MMORPGS of it's time and future.

Wow, an honest-to-goodness review that a person put time and effort into. I'm quite shocked.
