What do these ratings mean?

I'll make a list to explain the abomination called "WoW"
Pros
-World PvP
-In game auction house
..... nothing else

Cons
-TERRIBLE customer service and in game support.
-Cartoony graphics
-Weak economy.
-Raids are long and highly redundant
-Arena are to a very low extent skill based. 90% based on how good your gear is (don't comment I dont know what im talking about, i do have Gladiator on Laughing Skull)
