What do these ratings mean?

Well I have only played this game for a couple of weeks and have never seen Outland, but from where I'm at, this game is great.

The best new thing about this game is that when you start with a new character like the Draenei or the Blood Elf, you get a new weapon. Still starts out with the same amount of damage, but at least you get to look at a different weapon right.

The Blood Elf starting area is, in a word, colorful. More colorful the Teldrissil. The reds and yellows and pinks and greens. Hardly any blue though that's a downside.

The Draenei starting area is very dull. Like Ashenvale Forest. But oh well. Guess we all cant start off in a colorful world like the Blood Elves.

But despite those things, the game is still the same. Hopefully with the next expansion pack, Blizzard will make some new classes as well.
