What do these ratings mean?

This is the remake of the 1995 arcade smash hit of Area 51. In this one you enter a military base called Area 51 to check out what is going on. Along the way not just you and your teammates but alot of other people like scientist's and workers along with marines start to get infected by the virus. You battle mutated scientist's soldiers and others. You can equip with weapons like the pistol, the machine gun and other guns in the game. This game would get a B+ because of decent graphics, sick guns, excellent voice acting and I am a little surprised about Marilyn Manson being one of the voices in the game. The loading time takes long and the storyline is perfectly in order. The monsters rock. Whoever has a serious interest in FPS games I buy it.
