What do these ratings mean?

Bully is one of the best Rockstar games. just if someone as in school. A little dramatic but hands down this game has it all. well you might not be able to kill people. its not about that it about giving the ass wopen spoiled kids deserve. Making out with girls. stink bombs, fire crackes, and the good old banana peal on the flor trick. I give it a 10 out of 10.
