Okay, its not that horrific compared to the previous clock tower games. Clock Tower 3 is - in my honest opinion, is cool in everyway - the graphics are sharp, the gore scenes, well are gore enough, (for first time players, the scare and surprise factor is up) the controls are friendly, and camera angles are like resident evil (the ps1 versions) and finally, the bosses in this game are unique in every way - well scissor man is new! lol. the music is chilling - and sometimes can give away as a hint whether the subordinates are close or had left. i think the best thing about this game for me is the story - the family tragedy and how the characters are related with such "Entities" and "Rooders." although i much prefer doing the job with something like a sword rather than a bow. lol.
overall, its just to short for me, they should have included a mini game of some sort, and added features for replay value.

| Well, they did give a little bit of a reason for replay value- hard mode. And that definitely will make the game take a LONG time. Plus I think it's cool that in Hard Mode all of the Subordinates weapons change. Sledgehammer wields a monstrous mace. hard to tell what the Corroder had, looked like a tank for his acid, scythes for the Chopper. it's neat. Plus the costumes. Although the Rooder armor is sort of dirty if you crouch down since the only thing covering her hoobityhoobityhoohoo is a very tiny strip of metal. |
