What do these ratings mean?

when i seen this game i was a little skeptic but it wasnt that bad the story lines great and its fun playing it.Dante is a bad ass hes one bad mother shut ya mouth who can turn into a demon and has cool catch frases.The levels are fantastic and the enemys plus there arent alot of cut scenes wich is good and bad but i loved the devil may crie experiece and plus its made by the same people who make Resident evil and i love RE.the bad parts are there arent alot of weapons but turning into a demon is always fun.
