What do these ratings mean?

I need to first say that havent they made unough final fantasy. wasnt there already a number seven the old classics were better then the ones out now. But some of the graphics are actualy pretty good.but the gameplay went to far from the actual final fantasy games. The game sucks ass honstely what is with the story line. There is no plot to the whole dam game. Im not ragging on the final fantasy series just this particular game.
