Right, let's get to the point: Enter the Matrix is over-rated, in all, it's pretty rubbish, but that's my oppinion.
Through all the games I have played, this one shines out as one of the worst, there aren't many good things about this game, the only good parts are the focus and kung-fu features, and that's it!
But through all of that, I enjoyed the pleasure of sending the police dudes to heaven, pressing circle and entering a real-time battle with them, them trying to kung-fu me to death and me doing an Indiana Jones and shooting them (Raiders of the Lost Ark).
I also loved the way they tried to outsmart me; I would enter a room and they would swarm around me. I would press R1 and shoot them all in bullet-time. The bullet-time is a brilliant feature: I would type the "Unlimed Focus" cheat and hold down L1 for the whole of the game, very entertaining ... very entertaining indeed.
Moving on to the guns, I don't think any of the are real:
- 9000s Pistol
- 0.450 Claibur Pistol (that is real)
- Tommy Sniper (WTF??) ¬_¬ <(Yeah right!!)
And so on ...
The graphics aren't very good either, granted, it was an early game, but they're crud for an early game too!
Agents: they looked good in this one, and this time I'm not lying! The character of them was captured perfectly, and the design of them too. The graphics ruined them a bit, but you could make out the pixelated mess were them.
One of the best bits in the game had to be chasing the plane in the car ... freakin' awesome! Now my dignity's gone for complementing it, time to move on.
After all that said, it's an alright game, and by that I mean one of the worst, but still quite good. But then again, Waner Bros. were trying to be hip young and lingo, so there ya go.
I did want to mark the game down because I couldn't complete the plane car chase thing (i got past it eventually), but I decided not to.
