What do these ratings mean?

This was by far the worst FF game i have ever played. it is an embarassment to the WORLD and i'm ashamed to say i played it, even worse owned it. It was nothing like FFX, which i loved. They completely changed the battle system, replacing it with with a crappy job wheel instead. The sphere break mini game was way too hard, and really stupid. Some of the dresspheres were impossible to obtain, even if you had the strategy guide. All in all, i say this is one of the worst games i've ever played.
