What do these ratings mean?

too tell the truth i never played a final fantasy game till this one and i heard FF games were great so one day there was nothing to rent so i picked this one up at the start i loved it.the story was great it was one of the first games to bring me in to the story.the game is long in a good way but the bad part is lets say you get killed and start from the save point you have to go through the cutscene to get back to that exact point cause theres no skip button.the summons were fantastic but there wasnt really alot of them. There were mini quests just not alot of them.all together i liked it and this game got me into RPGs.
