What do these ratings mean?

With its massive world and limitless possibilites for characters this game is surely going to keep you busy if you actually play it. Although the story line doesn't have the same inter character relations its easily one of the best. The graphics in this game are first rate better than perhaps any game I've ever seen. I'd recommend this game to everybody that owns a ps2 easily one of the best games I've ever played =)
