What do these ratings mean?

Ok this is one of the best PC games for graphs and sounds and well almost everything about good .But I must admit it does need some better improvement on it online quest and playgame can some times slowly down .But over all it ye are one who digs this time period of this game then it's not to bad .But I just wish that the makers well come back to it and clean up some the game play problems with actions shoots and gameplay too .
