What do these ratings mean?

This may be the first step into GTA but it has to be my favorite place the enviroment,the charcters,the age it flows good together.You may not be able to do the same stuff that you can in GTA:VC,GTA:SA, and GTA:LCS.I think a good mixture would be of all the stuff you can do in SA mixed with the enviroment of LC it would be good.Overall I give GTA:III a A-.
