What do these ratings mean?

although this game goes back to the world of GTA3 it does seem kind of cool. i mean this time you have motorcycles, etc. wich makes it kind of a new experience since in GTA3 you did not have any motorcycles or anything, you mostly had cars. but the downfall is that you are playing the roll of someone you already know about from GTA3. but it is also kind of cool to know some stories from librtycitys past. that is all i have to say for now.
