What do these ratings mean?

this was the best game ever made as far as the gta games, but it's up there with the other best. To be honest I can't wait for another one hopefully it'll be in Detroit. I mean other games have tried to come close but they fail. Then the gta developers still make top dollar even when the stores tried to banned the game. Cause far as im concerned if they don't want their kids playing the game don't buy it for us. But back to the best damn game ever made. The only thing i wish they would've done was to make it so you can take over the other gangs in the other cities. oh yeah they could've added a craps table in the casino to. but that's how i feel what about you!!!!!!!!!!!!
