What do these ratings mean?

Obviously, this is one of the best games I have ever played. There are dreams and hopes of having a game where you can roam around big cities and do whatever you want. This is the game. There isnt any other game that can come close to this one. True crime is just weak, the same with driver, both are rubbish.

Everything in this game is phenomonal. The only Flaw in the game is the graphics load up a litle slow when you race through the streets. I hope Rockstar can fix that in the upcoming next gen GTA.
