What do these ratings mean?

Guitar Hero II definetly improved on some areas. However hammer-ons and pull-offs were to easy. I often found myself executing these manuevers unitentionally. Oh, and did I mention the song selection sucked. Who the hell are the Butthole Surfers and what are they doing in a major videogame?

I agree with the hammer-ons and pull-offs being somewhat easier to play, and yes, sometimes I see myself pulling them off unintentionally, but I rather have them work better then not at all. Lastly I think its good that they threw in a wide variety of bands (exception: Made In Mexico) to create a broader more attractive game for people born in different decades. And you gotta admit, "Who was in my room last nite?" is a pretty fun song to play.
