What do these ratings mean?

guitar hero 2 was the first one I got I love but have had it for a year now and its kinda died down I mean its still fun but just not as cool when you first get it tons of good songs couple I did'nt like thoughlots of stuff to unlock and buy tons of bonus tracks 3 freakin characters to buy coustumes to buy guitars finishes so far the best one i've played
