What do these ratings mean?

"Katamari Damacy? What do you do?" How many times have I heard this and searched for the perfect words to explain the fun that can be had in this game?  "You roll stuff into a ball". There is no other way to explain this game, and yet in its simplicity lies the true awesomeness of it all. There is no better feeling than when your katamari of stuff grows large enough to pick up those kids you have been eyeing or that damn car that kept knocking your creation apart. The graphics are cartoonish but that only adds to this drug crazed dream. Ride the Royal Rainbow? Yes please. Stare at the King of Towns enormous cod piece? Why yes, I'll have seconds. Build the moon out of earth crap? Why not? I'll do it twice! The controls are intuitive, but occasionally my katamari will get stuck in some kind of invisible bear trap and all I can do is watch and cry as pieces of my glorious creation fly from their new found home.

The only bad things I have to say about this game is that it was a bit short and the two player game is a bit lacking. Don't get me wrong, I cannot deny the exuberance I feel when I roll my friends up into my katamari numerous times screaming, "you like that you dirty monkey whore???" but this can only last so long. The overly simplistic two player level shows a bit of laziness on the developers side.

All in all, a great game, very revolutionary in design.
