What do these ratings mean?

this is a sweet game, it has all the fundamentals for a killing game and pretty sick weapons it can lag and sometimes but i'd pick this game over medal of honour any day :-D i've never tried online play but my friend says its good, i got this game a year ago and it was definitely a good buy,
