What do these ratings mean?

when i seen Kingdom hearts two was comeing out i was almost afraid to buy  it seeing as though i loved the first one plus almost every sequel that comes out sucks i was afraid it would ruin the pleasure of the first one for me then i decided to buy it it was FUN this has to be one of the few game sequels that were actually better then the original.the first three hours were confuseing seeing as though you played as someone new but then i got back in control of sora wich was good the new drive thing was good but i hardly found myself useing that.the camera was improved but the tron part was kinda stupid all together square and disney didnt make a crappy sequel hopeing fan boys would buy it any ways.
