What do these ratings mean?

It's good as hell.. good difficulty, hard, intense.. nice graphics. I would definatly advise someone who likes blood and gory to play this, mainly because it does involve alot of blood so if you like shooting, blood, and action this is definatly a good game for you. I give this a A+ and im sticking with that.
