What do these ratings mean?

Ah,MOH Vanguard a good game indeed, but itchy graphics. Although I do like the idea of paratrooping. MOH Vanguard is a good game, well thoughtout, altough the levels are oh what is the word i'm looking for oh yeah goofy in some ways.But the voice acting is ok. The weapons look more up to date than MOH Frontline. I conclude this review with a C+
