What do these ratings mean?

Just another arcade style fighting game but this time midway tryed to put a little free world movement in it not bad couldve been alot better 1 suggestion they couldve made it so in storymode you could switch forms with a click of a button but alas they didnt

then i got to the end of the game oh der DISSAPOINTING you see thye dragon king it  leads you up to this moment your ready for the fight then the gam ends oh god was that a huge mistake on midways part

i thought maybe a sequel nope armegedon came out and that had nothing to do with deceptions storyline

    ya, but it dosent continue from decption you can just be the dragon king i wanted to finiosh him off with whats his face
