What do these ratings mean?

OMG!!
I bought this game right after it came out, and it was so amazingg.
I liked the dunk contest, character customization, and most of all the graphics.
The graphics are so way better than the second one.....
Is I was the judge, I would give this game like 10.5 out of 10....
