What do these ratings mean?

This is the opposite of watching true NBA on television. You can play in Chi-Town, New york and other ares in the game. You can also start your own team and everytime you win you can earn player development points and you can create your own player or buy a player. For the create a player you can give them nickname's which is cool. This is a kind of sports game I like to play. This game I guess would get an A because of good sound, Insane courts in cities like Chi-Town, New York and other cities. Controls are also not too bad at all. Sound is good along with the gameplay.
