What do these ratings mean?

If you haven't bought this game, go get it now!  It the best game out right now.  It makes Madden '07 look like an online chess game.  They really took some time on this years NCAA '07 & I'm really glad I bought it right when it came out.  So go get it if you haven't already!  Its worth it.
