What do these ratings mean?

well i finished the game
i enjoyed it
but it wasn't like i expected
and i think need for speed mostwanted is better game than carbon
and i have some reason for that :-
1- crew memebers some times hits u and cause ur the race .
2- very poor graphics
3- its easy to beat each type of race by using the same techinics
 but hey wait up
i liked the game so much
i liked the cars and the new ways to modify ur car and add pants and vinyls on it
and i liked the pursuit breakers and when u use the nitrouse oxide in the middle of the air
it was a good game after all
and there will be never a full perfect game :)
carbon is a very good rate of games and i think it deserves an C+
