What do these ratings mean?

thought it was pretty fun but the races were way to easy the only hard races were drifts and boss races which were still not bad i liked how you could up your car to no end but i think they could have made it a little more realalistic by making you stop for gas and having to pay to get your car fixed if you crashed in to a wall or another car
