What do these ratings mean?

Ive been playing the nfs series since they started. But when they came out with the underground series i was really excited. They finally took it to the streets and you could finally fix up your cars. They didnt have cops in the first and second underground but then finally they came out with 'most wanted". Lots of cars and miles and miles of open road. Some downsides are that you dont have as many options of fixing up your car but they had lots of cars and cops so it evened. It also has a great story line to. Well to sum things up i say that "nfs most wanted" is a pretty well rounded racing game.
