What do these ratings mean?

when it comes to racing mention test drive or need for speed series and my ears perk up. of course need for speed underground really fired up my sparkplugs because i was in my element. i agree with most of you on this one-you can't fix up cars as much but the cop chases and other things even everything out. graphics are excellent control is good i think the handlling of the cars could be a bit better, but i can keep it under control without  a lot of trouble. this is a game i can really get into and enjoy.
