What do these ratings mean?

Rachet Deadlocked is one of the best games I have ever played in my life I mean come on you can change your difficulty level anytime and there is lot`s of stuff you can unlock. I also like it because you get your two robots to help you take out the bad guys which takes some of the stress off of you and they don`t hang on your back like clank does and that must get tiring and annoying at least I think it does. Also you get to get up to 99,999,999 bolts and you get to cause lot`s and lot`s of carnage and you get to do what you want to do with your weapons and your bots but I wouldn`t go to far or BOOM there goes your shock collar. So see it`s not that bad of a game so if you have never played it before then you`d better go play it. Yeah it is very, very fun you should get it if you don`t have it!!! It is sweet!!!
