What do these ratings mean?

well,
 it is a nice game with good graphics
but only problem is "you have to buy GUNS"
And the zombies run
man thats foolish
but i can say that it is a great game
as i love resident evil series
my beloved part was resident evil 3
i think the main character should have been a "GIRL" instead of a boy
and that too in a sexy dress
with some heavy Guns
