What do these ratings mean?

Tis is a pretty good game. A great game in fact. Graphics are top notch, and it keeps all of the old RE feel. However, the main character still cant move and shoot at the same time, or perform any kind of decent defensive manuver (combat roll, dodge, etc). This makes combat frustrating.
