What do these ratings mean?

This has to be quite possibly the best Resident evil game made so far.i heard great things about it on the game cube then when it came out on the PS2 i decided to trie it seeing as though i grew up on the RE franchise.when i first started i was in awww at how cool it looked.the good new improvements were wonderful finally i can fire in over the shoulder veiw and how it doessnt matter how many bullets you fire but were you shoot.the boss battles were great in this.the new case was a long needed improvement but the sad part for a resident evil game there are no zombies but you cant always get what you want.
