What do these ratings mean?

Being a Resident Evil Fan, I was slightly disappointed by this game. There was no plot to the game. But there so many cool things to do on the game, like earning points to buy all sorts of stuff, and buy a few extra games to play. It might not be in Competition with Resident Evil 4, but it has it's own good parts, and it has bad parts, but the good parts far outweigh the bad parts. Play as a few characters with their own Special Abilities, play as them all on every level to get things you can only get with certain characters. You can move Data From Resident Evil Outbreak File 1 for the extra points and the other stuff you have unlocked. But the game speaks for itself.
