What do these ratings mean?

Ok well im going to start this off slow, rock band is probably/possibly the best game out there in the world. The game is crack disquised as an innocent party game, that easily pulls you in just like the first snort. You play it once and a week or so later you selling off body parts, children, etc just to get ur next fix. Sad thing though if your one of the unlucky ones who dont own a wonderful yet beautiful PS3 or a XBOX 360 you get stuck with the red headed step child version for the PS2. In the PS3 and XBOX 360 versions you get many wonderful things, theres online play like the tug of war, where you can go head to head on the mic, drums,or guitar with someone online and duel it out. Theres the world map which pretty much you get to do shows in different cities and countries. Random setlist which gives you a number of random songs that is picked out for you or you can also choose your own. You get to earn adoring fans, and if you lose or restart you\'ll lose the F****ers. You also get to design your own character and you\'ll win money from gig to gig and be able to buy neat accesories for these characters. Also if your band does very well in each gig, you\'ll be able to play for roadies body guards and other things as well. \\But if your poor and cant afford these two systems your stuck with none of the above, but you still get all the cool songs ranging from the rolling stones, rush, radiohead, foo fighters, coheed and cambria, black sabbath, the yeah yeah yeahs, metallica, the killers, garbage, weezer, nirvana and MORE. Sure the PS2 version is way cheaper in price but its only a ten dollar difference, why couldnt Harmonix keep the game the same? The graphics are a plus, far better than what guitar hero has to offer. When the computer animated avatar sings his lips actually moves with the words, same goes for the guitar and drums making it look more realistic. You get the full effect of the game when playing with a group of people, you can also use your guitar hero guitar for a base player, the game holds up to four players. \\\The mic is pretty challenging on some songs, keeping pitch is hard to do if your not blessed with a beautiful voice like some common people. If you can keep pitch you really dont have to sing along, just a simple hum will do. The energy settings for the mic is really fun to use, me and my friends like to do the WHOA!!! Which gets the job done. Guitar, well its different from the Guitar Hero one, it has the nice new touch of the extra buttons down at the end of the fret board, which is good on solos since you dont have to strum at all, and for when you get to try and score some extra points sometimes at the end of certain songs. Drums, which are my favorite, are the shitznit. Its all about multi tasking here my friend, they even added a foot pedal which will be your orange in the game. But that is mainly it on the game, its 5:30 in the morning so i cant think straight enough to get into any bigger description on the instruments for the game.\\\In all the PS2 version is a big let down because of the many things they had to take out of it, making it kind of pointless to play, i mean thats the whole reason i was late for work and got written up for because the PS3 version was amazing and i couldnt afford to lose all those fans. But if push comes to shove and you cant afford a nice expensive system, mind as well settle for second best.\\\
