What do these ratings mean?

"Say hello to my little friend" the ending line of a great movie, and one of the starting lines to what I think is a great game.

The place that this game first starts to shine for me, is in the amazing use of the "F Word." You can't go a whole 3 sentences without hearing it used, which might just be a record for swearing in a game.

The next place that the game shines is in the great selection of cars and boats. Nothing I like more than hopping into one of my flashy sports cars, cruising down to the dock and hopping on my yacht, then cruising down to the islands to score myself some coke. Which I might add is a great thing.

The third thing that stands out to me is the GREAT music selection. They tucked something in there for everyone, including the movies sound track, which I find to be a good thing.

Just a few flaws that I found in the game were it's graphics, the fact that random people use Tony's phrases, and some of the missions are just too hard.
