What do these ratings mean?

the game its self is entertaining. but it seems to take a long time to get to the next location ive tried the cheats and i cant seem to get them to work!.

the best parts to the game for me are:
giving them food that you choose
having more control over them
better choice in clothes, accesories etc

the worst:
takes too long to move location
the game starts to become slower whilst playing the game (wheter its because of the amount of things to store i dont know)
theres too many other sims you have to control
