What do these ratings mean?

i like the sims game and all but this really isn't the best out there-some improvements were made, but it sucks that you can't unlock certain areas and the camera issue wasn't straightened out to my satisfaction-it burns me up when i start building something and the camera turns the opposite way screwing my calculations up. it's cool you get more stuff in the clothes department than the first one, but i think ea should've equalized everything but what do i know.
