What do these ratings mean?

eh not the greatest game in the world but it has it's limits. This game would be so much better

without all of the restrictions but that again is my opinion. The one thing that i did not like was

that they didn't let you have kids like in the first sims which i liked raising my own little kid but

then they got rid of that feature and i hated the game lol.
