What do these ratings mean?

This game is the best so far SOCOM has to offer. It has great multiplayer online compatibility up to 32 players. The Online Co-Op is excellent and great amounts of weapons. The Sync ability to combine Socom FTB2 data with Socom CA and vise-virsa is a plus. With out a doubt one of the better online and army games out there.
