What do these ratings mean?

i loved it, it's got a well written campaign, the online part has it's kinks but you can get around those after a while... i also like how it goes along with it's psp counter-part (Socom U.S.  Navy Seals Fireteam Bravo). i thing this game should be used for the training of infantry troops everywhere...
