Slash, dash,...bash

Okay, this game was great. I don't usually play fighting games but this one will be an acceptation. Not only that but, when I was playing the sage dream cast with part one I just had to play it. Even if it took me an hour to remember the character's moves.

So let's get down to business. Soul Carbiur 2 has an-easy-to-fight-thing, or, game handling. Sorry I don't remember the term word for it but you know what I mean right. It’s so easy it'll give you a great start to victory. Not only that but it has great stragty moves. Like the guard impact. Instead of blocking all the time and waiting to get a hit, you can hit the person's attack and hit them back. With that in mind, you can yell at the TV and say, "*****." but don't think that's the only one. All of the characters in that game have smart moves too. The only problem is it's hard to master but it's worth it.

Next is weapon changing. Unlike all the fighting games, you can change the character's weapons. And each weapon has positive and a negative to it. There are weapons that might increase your health or give you strength. But then there are some weapons that might give you weak strikes or a short reach. What makes it worst is, some of the characters are weak but you still could kick some ass though.

Last, is the multiplier. Now this one is kind of fun. They even have teams, which is pretty cool. If you don't like that you could go on to survivor, sudden death, teams (by yourself), and much more. Oh yeah I forgot, the plot story is a little weak because in the game there is this section called weapon master. This section will give you option to fight different character; unlock characters, stages, weapons and some extra stuff. But anywho the story plot is about a sword called soul edge and this sword is supposely evil and who ever has it, will bring evil. So you go on a quest fight other swordsman and bring you one step closer to destroying the sword. it's like the lord of the rings, but this time your not a hobbit. But while fighting to the death, each mission puts you to a difficult spot. Like for an example, there's this mission that lowers your health on the time limit. Then there's another that has forces pushing you to the cliff or something like that. All I know is, it pissed me off. But then some of the mission aren't so bad, but all of these mission will make you more aggressive and deadly too. So it's more of training.

In the end, soul callibur is the best thing ever. Well not ever, sorry. Just okay. Great swordplay, great options like multiplier the other stuff, some kick ass characters, some weak character, complex mission (wish they were better), and a weak story plot. So the end.
