What do these ratings mean?

This game is a must have for any one who owns a Playstation 2 ! This game has great visuals and sound effects the voice acting is great too. I mean all around this is one of the best RPGs out there and I encourage anyone who owns a Playstation 2 to pick this one up as soon as possible it really is a great game. This game will have you hooked for hours. The only thing i don't like about it is that in some parts the music is louder than the character's voice.
